Riko Shirono (Mikako Tabe) doesn't have any big expectations for a man in her life, but she works as a love simulation game planner. She receives a request for a new love game from app company TIMEIS. Soichiro Kurokawa (Issei Takahashi) is the CEO for the company. He is almost perfect, but he can't understand woman’s mind.
One day, Soichiro Kurokawa (Issei Takahashi), who likes his subordinate Momose, asks Riko to teach him about love techniques. Due to Riko Shirono’s help, Soichiro and Momose get close, but Riko finds herself becoming attracted to Soichiro Kurokawa.
In 1930 and as a young child, Tsuneko Kohashi lives at Enshu in Shizuoka Prefecture. She has a happy life with her parents and two younger sisters. Things change after her father dies from tuberculosis. Her father asked Tsuneko Kohashi to take care of the family in his place. Due to financial difficulties, her mother Kimiko decides to move the family to Tokyo where Tsuneko's grandmother lives.
In Tokyo, Tsuneko eventually graduates from school. She begins to work at small publishing company and learns editing. By 1945, Tsuneko decides to publish a magazine for women with the help of her two younger sisters. Her sisters do not know anything about the publishing world. A man then appears in front of them. The man is Isaji Hanayama.
30-year-old Rinko Kamata (Yuriko Yoshitaka) works as an unpopular screenwriter. She doesn't have a boyfriend, but she has two female friends Kaori and Koyuki. They meet regularly at a bar. There, they complain about their situations and go through what if scenarios. One day, Rinko Kamata decides to go for happiness at love and work.
Rookie detective Tatsuya Sumire dreamed of being like the hot-blooded detectives who appear in detective dramas. However, the first order he gets from his superior is to infiltrate a programme as an idol in order to solve cases occurring in the entertainment industry. And so, the idol ‘Deka Dance’ is formed impromptu. Tatsuya is initially bewildered by the special world of the entertainment industry but somehow gets popular each time he solves a case. And then he gradually becomes aware of himself as an idol.

Michiko Daimon (Ryoko Yonekura) goes up against Shigekatsu Hiruma (Toshiyuki Nishida). Shigekatsu Hiruma is a new director for the best university hospital in Japan and also bears a deep grudge against Michiko Daimon.
The story is based on the life of fashion designer Koshino Ayako, who passed away in 2006 at the age of 92. Although she was a successful designer in Japan, she also single-handedly raised three daughters who followed in her footsteps to become internationally known designers, named Hiroko, Junko, and Michiko.
Ono's character in the drama, modeled after Koshino, is named Ohara Itoko. She will play the character from her teenage years to her fifties. The story is set in the Kansai region, but Ono will have no problem with the dialect since she is originally from Nara.
Yuzuko Nanakusa (Koyuki) was betrayed by her husband. She now raises her son and daughter as a single mom, in addition to working at a company. One day, the company she works for goes bankrupt suddenly. She loses her salary and savings. While not knowing what to do next, Yuzuko Nanakusa is contacted by attorney Shinichi Kakihara (Atsushi Ito). They went to the same high school together.
Shinichi Kakihara tells Yuzuko Nanakusa that there is a something more to her company's bankruptcy. To protect the life of her two children, she attempts to reveal a big evil.

One day, Balsa saves a girl from human trafficking. The girl’s name is Asura (Rio Suzuki). God of Destruction Taruhamaya, which Asura’s ethnic group adore, stays in Asura’s body. Shaman daughter Shihana (Yoko Maki) and her father Sufaru (Akira Emoto) try to kill Asura. Balsa struggles to save Asura.
